FASE Brussels Forume 2010
Azerbaijani Students in Europe and the Forum of Young Experts (FACE) is to hold its next forum in Brussels, Belgium, on March 23-25, 2010.
The aim of the 3-day long forum is to gather young Azerbaijani people educating or working in Europe for discussion the issues of stability and security in South Caucasus, integration of Azerbaijan to Europe, bringing the best practice of Europe to Azerbaijan, that are on the agenda of Europe and Azerbaijan, as well as to be acquainted with European structures, to meet with members of European Parliament and EU officials, to establish a condition for their mutual relationship.
Working plan of the forum in brief:
March 23, 2010, Wednesday
Daytime- Checking for registration 15:00 - 18:00 - Plenary meeting in European Parliament. 19:00 - 21:00 - Small reception at European Parliament.
March 24, 2010, Wednesday
All day long - Individual meeting with the representatives of European Parliament.
March, 25, 2010, Friday
The first half-day- Group discussions
15:00 - 18:00 - Visit to EC or NATO HQ or leisure (by choice) 19:00 - 24:00 - the 7th International society - Mirano Continental 'Spring Passions' night (A group from Azerbaijan, European DJs)
The participants will be informed fully about details and the program of the forum before the beginning. FASE assumes living and nutrition (3 times a day) expenditures, but trip expenditures shall be assumed by the participants themselves. It can also render assistance in official letters necessary to receive a visa.
The participants will be elected based on the criteria of argumentation and motivation for their participation in the Forum. Working language of the Forum is English, thus the participants are demanded high good English knowledge.
