Smolny University, the common project of SPSU (Saint Petersburg State University) - one of the most famous Universities of Russia - and Bard College of America, present Liberal Arts education (Liberal Art and Science) unique both in Federation of Russia and Azerbaijan and announces reception to bachelor level for 2010-2011 academic year.
The education is based on American standards and principles. Students are free in choice and can be specialized in the following 15 subjects proposed:

The process of reception is easy. TOEFL and SAT examinations are not demanded, since majority of the classes are conducted in Russian.
